• Your dog is very welcome and you should bring him so we can get an accurate starting weight.
• An opportunity for you to ask as many questions as you need to.
• You will be given a free consultation with any one of our 4 trained advisors.
• We will discuss the options avaialble within a RAW feeding routine.
• We will let you know exactly how much various methods may cost.
• Your dog will be started on the 'Quickstart' plan.

• He will follow this for 7 weeks during which time he will achieve a balanced RAW diet.
• All you need to remember is which week he is on, we sort out his food for you.
• You will be able to follow the Quickstart, which is detailed on the wall in the consultation room.
• During this time we will encourage you to bring your dog for regular weigh ins.
• We will work through any issues you may or may not encounter.
• We will be constantly there to support and guide you during this time and always.
• When your dog has finished the plan we will help you continue the good work.
